I did not receiving my verification email?
- Check in your “bulk” mail folder to see if ended up there.
- Sometimes FaithFreaks auto verifies you email for you.
- If you cannot log because you still need to verify your email send an email to support@ faithfreaks.com (no spaces) and a staff member will verify your email for you.
- If you’re still not getting them, then check your email address by going to your front page and clicking on “account settings” located in the box directly beside your picture. This will show you your current email address. Double check it to make sure all spelling is correct.
- If none of these things work, please contact us by going to the bottom of the screen and clicking on “contact faith freaks” where you will find the email address of many people who would be happy to help.
My Profile page is messed up!
Because so many websites provide code sometimes they code they provide is incorrect, Most likely you have copied a bad line of code either in your display name or in your about me section, try removing the different codes to see if it helps.
I can't login to chat!
To login you must make sure your user name (account name ) is
updated, Go to your home page click Edit Profile. choose Name.
Then change you “Display Name:”
MAKE SURE THERE ARE only letters, ... No periods, commas or anything else.

When I look at my profile, I can't see my friends or my comments!
Most likely you have copied HTML that is incomplete into your profile. Go back to the place you got the code and try to copy it again and paste it into your profile again. If you still have the problem, you’ll need to either find the source of the problem or try a different layout. The problem usually occurs when the code includes a style tag but not a /style tag. /style should complete any formatting instructions.
When I try to view all of my friends it only shows me some of them!
This usually happens because someone has a headline with incomplete HTML code. Maybe they have an image tag or something else with a quotation mark in it and they never close the quote. The last friend you can see is the friend with the problem. You could send them a message and let them know they need to change their headline. Once they do that you should see your whole list again.
