About me:
Cecily is my name; suffering is my game. yeah, suffering. goes all the way back to eleventh grade, where i finally learned you can't trust anyone except yourself. at first i thought that life was grand: i made good grades in school, had a loving boyfriend, and the coolest group of friends i know (they went to a different school; we called ourselves The Gangstars). however, when second semester came around, things started getting dark. it all started on valentines day (hate that holiday) when my boyfriend raped me, saying he was going to get his valentine's gift no matter what. i met the big D then: depression. i kept a switchbalde in my room, under my pillow, and before i would turn in for the night, i would make one mark on each wrist; it helped the emotional pain go away so i could sleep. i wore long sleeves all the time, even in the summer. my parents got suspicious, and a month later, my mom noticed my wrists. checked into the hospital, but i was only there for a week. i didn't get better, but i couldn't stay there any longer; too many guys. during senior year, i cut off contact with everyone. i just went to make good grades and get outta there. i started dressing in dark clothes and listening to death metal and heavy metal music. i even dressed like a guy sometimes; to hide my ugly appearance. the kids still picked on me, and made threats to me, but the administators did nothing. go figure.
now, two years after graduation, the memories still haunt me. i've turned to destructive behavior (drinking, partying, and i've even become a cold bully myself). i still hang out with The gangstars; we are closer than ever. they're the only family i have. my parents have given up on me, saying that everything that happened in high school was all in my mind. the gangstars and i have been together for eight years now, and they have adopted me as a sister. living in a house in Montpelier, we couldn't be more happy. and as for the people who have done me wrong...let's just say that they better not come around. i did nothing to them, but they ruined my life four years ago, and they shouldn't get away with it!!

Who I'd like to meet:
people like me. people that have been thru hell and back and lived to tell their story. people with a tough exterior, but still have a small place in their heart for niceness. more gansters, more hardcore people; that's who i would like to meet.
